HTC Touch 3G OS problem?

i've installed a program to translate my english windows mobile 6 to persian one, n now i cant boot my phone, i need to reset the phone but how? i searched for hard reset n found somethig, they didnt work, plz help

You can do a simple reset by taking the battery out for a second. A hard reset on the HTC Touch is when you hold down the send and end buttons while you poke the reset hole. Continue to hold the buttons down and you will get a screen asking you to perform a specific action to hard reset.
